The Georgian flag adopted upon independence in 1990 was unpopular as it was associated with the painful memories associated with Georgia's independence from the Soviet Union.
It was decided by the Georgian parliament to adopt the new flag, which became the official flag from January 25, 2004. This new flag was infact a flag that had previously been used some 500 years earlier. This symbol was quite popular in Georgia as it was the official symbol of the United National Movement political party.

This is verging on the impossible to achieve, but if I was to try it I would have to adopt either a political or military approach.
With a political approach I would form alliances with some of the world's top countries (USA, China, Russia, Japan, UK, etc) and persuade them I was better in charge than the incumbents and they should give me loads of money. Worse case scenario, they could just give me a little bit of a country and I could share it with the owners, maybe a piece of Switzerland might be nice! (but keep it quiet I am still in the planning process, LOL).
With a military approach, I would become head of an active military force. Once in full power of the military I would persuade all the army officials that the government was corrupt and we would be better off in charge. Of course I would have to bribe/blackmail them to do this!
I think I am best off sticking with my conquests on Risk.

An interesting question!
Let's separate this into two important parts - 1) A more important life or 2) A more important role in society. I think these two aspects are very different.
Your question really talks about part 1. I don't think any person really has a more important life than anyone else. I believe everyone is placed on this earth for a reason by God but we are all made equal.
When we get into roles in society, undoubtedly the importance of a life comes more into a play. Who is the most important out of:
A) Barack Obama or Susan Sarandon?
B) Eddie Murphy or Al Gore?
C) Piers Morgan or Simon Cowell?
The list goes on, but each person above is important in their own right. Few would doubt that Barack Obama's role is more important that Susan Sarandon's, etc This is all perspective, what value do you place on a life?

Most definitely an interesting question! I live in the UK where some of the press coverage has been bordering on hysteria as we are obviously a hotspot for NDM-1.
I don't want to be complacent but we have seen these bug scares before (Bird Flu, Swine Flu, etc) and although there has been some impact it has been nowhere near as damaging as was predicted. Infact the UK government still has 50 million Swine Flu vaccinations that will soon pass their expiration date!
I am bit dubious about this bug as the research has been done on behalf of the UK pharmacutical industry. There have been 50 people sampled in the research out of 450,000 foreign nationals who visited the affected area for medical tourism reasons. Not exactly a representative sample, surely? With the cost of surgery (mostly cosmetic) in these countries often being 10% of the UK cost, there are millions of reasons (£'s mostly) to push this message.
Let's wait and see how this superbug pans out but it is early days for sure, right now.

I think generally the answer is yes, greedy people will on average accumulate more credit card debt than non greedy people.
The question is though, what do you mean by greedy? The main definition is a person who wants to accumulate things. A lot of people though mix greed with gluttony and therefore think of a greedy person often as being an over indulger in food.
I don't think people who are greedy for food would be significantly more likely to have credit card debt than the average public. The greed that will accumulate debt is that of people who are never happy with their lot and what they have in life.

I personally don't feel the NFL or other sports bodies should put a restraint/contract Cap on rookies. I think it is easy for anybody to say "yes, put a salary cap in place!", after all it is not us getting the money.
The thing is the money in the NFL is huge and therefore the clubs can afford to pay this amount of money. The better the players at a club the more money they will attract.
Looking at Sam Bradford he looks a marketable sort of guy and I would think one way or another the Rams will get there money back. If they don't well that's just business.
Is he worth it? Well is anybody really worth $78M over 5 years? Thing is the ability to have the arm of a QB at NFL level is fairly rare and teams will pay a lot of money for this skill. So in this context he is worth the money.
Good luck Sam, I hope this is the best $78M the Rams ever spend.

I think the days of knowing your neighbros for most people are well and truly over.
I remember in the UK in 1977 it was Queen Elizabeth's Silver Jubilee and there were massive celbrations and street parties and everybody really enjoyed themselves. Whole streets met up and had a great, I remember doing the "Lambeth Walk" on that day. Well when it was the Golden Jubilee in 2002, there were hardly any street celebrations and parties, etc It was widely circulated in the UK that the culture of neighbors had broken down and we now were an everyone for themselves society. The contrast between the two events was stark!
I try to get to know my neighbors, as much as I can. I run a children's club on Friday nights and have 50+ kids from the area who attend. This has been a great way for me to get to know people.
I hope this is a social trend that can be reversed.

I think the following list are a great combination of games for the iPhone 4.
1) Lux Touch - Deluxe - This is a game of strategy and taking over territories. It has similarities to Risk.
2) iShoot - Bury your opponents under a portable mountain. They will escape in the escalator. Chase them down with your armoury of missiles and weapons.
3) Jelly Cars - This is a car racing game, drive you car and miss the obstacles.
4) Tap Defense - You need to defend the gates of heaven in this game. This is a tower defense strategy game.
5) Topple - Create a tower and avoid it getting toppled.
These are some suggestions from me, I have played them all and love them all.

Here are some great free iPad games:
Air Hockey Gold
Air Hockey Gold works well on the iPad compared to the iPhone, this is mainly due to the iPad's larger screen. Air Hockey Gold also works well in two-player mode.
Checkers Free HD
Checkers, on an iPad and all for free! Checkers Free HD is a great interpretation of the popular board-game, with a variable difficulty level.
Dizzypad HD
Dizzypad is a one-thumb game where you need to frog leap between rotating lily pads. If you fall in the pond you die. Extra lives can be gained in a number of ways.
I think all of the above will keep you entertained on the iPad.

I think the obvious answer to this question is that Spirit is the recommended jailbreak application for the iPad.
Why do I recommend this? Well mainly because of its ease of use and popularity. To jailbreak the iPad using the Spirit jailbreak app is just one click away!
Simply back-up eveything on your iPad and iTunes before you start. Download the Spirit application for Mac or Windows (whichever you use). Follow the instructions.
The most important advice I can give is to leave the installation routine once it is going. It might appear like it has stopped but it won't have, just let it continue.
So that's it from me, definitely use Spirit for Jailbreaking. Understand what you are getting into though and read all of the warnings from Apple first!

I would go for the HTC Desire myself. It has some outstanding reviews. I don't have one myself (I wish I had bought one!) but I have friends who do and no one I know who has bought one has regretted the decision.
Some major benefits of the HTC Desire are:
1) A classy, slim and aero-dynamic design
2) A 1GHz Snapdragon processor promises maximum speed
3) Great operating system in Android 2.1
4) A major asset of the HTC Desire is that it supports multi-tasking
5) Has an impressive 400 minutes of battery life
6) Has a very impressive 5-Megapixel camera with LED flash.
7) Has 512mb (built in) and a 4GB MicroSD card, this is upgradeable to 32GB.
8) Nearly 100,000 apps and rising!
9) Supports Flash software which can't be said of every product
I think with this product you should have no problems with WiFi hotspot connectivity.

The 6 models are:
1) WiFi 16GB - US$499
2) WiFi 32GB - US$599
3) WiFi 3G 16GB - US$629
4) WiFi 64GB - US$699
5) WiFi 32GB - US$729
6) WiFi 64GB - US$829
Essentially the price for WiFi is the standard model + $130.
iPad models fitted with Wi-Fi only have a solid aluminum back, Wi-Fi, 3G, and A-GPS configurations have a plastic area on the top rear of the iPad, this is for the 3G antenna. Also the models are assigned different model numbers. The WiFi only has model code A1219 and WiFi, 3G, A-GPS models use the model number A1337 instead.
The other difference is just in the size of memory with 16, 32 and 64GB models available.

To me it depends on what I am buying.
If I am getting the regular groceries then generally I go to ASDA, this is a UK subsidiary of Walmart. They have consistently the best prices and have won the cheapest supermarket award in the UK, 13 years in a row. I shop here about two times a week. I also go to Tesco about once every 2-3 weeks. I go there for items not stocked by ASDA and when I am there I always look for their bargains and special offers and buy a few of those too.
If I am buying an expensive item, e.g. Electrical, Car, Jewelry I always try to shop online. I find the deals invariably are better. The online stores have lower costs because they don't have a shop front to finance. I always go to a Coupons website such as Retailmenot and check for the latest coupons before shelling out my hard earned cash.
Why oh why is it so much easier to spend cash than to earn it?

I always check on online coupons website before making a purchase. By far the most important feature to me is that there are cash saving offers available on the site, therefore I like COMPREHENSIVE!
I don't want to miss out on the best offer, so I want to be able to go to a website and be able to rely on the fact it is comprehensive and will contain all the offers.
Sites, I like include:
Retailmenot - e.g. J C Penney page - http://www.retailmenot.com/view/jcp.com
EV Reward - e.g. Sears page - http://evreward.com/store/go/1947
I prefer a variety of offers. On EV Reward for example you can see cashback discount offers, air miles as well as coupons offers.
Retailmenot on the other hand contains a more comprehensive set of offers. So for me before considering an online purchase I would always check these two websites.
