Is it possible to buy a WiFi+3G version of the iPad without plan?
Initially, I don't plan to use the iPad outdoors, but I don't want to miss out of the possibility of using 3G later on. Can I get a wifi+3G version of the iPad, and not (yet) have a subscription plan?

Several points...
1) Apple is not shipping the 3G model yet. It doesn't do that til "late April" in the US.
2) I think you are in Netherlands, and what is available to you there may depend on what agreements Apple reaches with phone companies
However in the US Apple will sell iPads without any plan, and unlocked so can be used with any carrier that supports the right type of SIM card and 3G technology.
