I guess this question can be interpreted a number of different ways. Rather than explaining how the screen works or why the battery lasts so long, I can cover a few things the iPad can and can't do. First, it can't multitask. You'll need to run one program at a time. This is because the iPad operating system is based on the same OS as the iPhone. However, the iPad version does include some changes.
Another neat thing about the iPad is that, like the iPhone, its picture stays right side up when the device is turned on its side. There is a sensor inside the iPad that is pulled by gravity and can tell which way is down.
